Terms of Service

What this service does

You give Disquest Helper a Discord account token — your own, or an additional account you control if your role allows connecting more than one (see "Roles and limits" below). In exchange, it automatically enrolls in and progresses that account's available Discord Quests — watching videos, keeping a game "running", or joining activities — without you having to sit through them.

This may violate Discord's own rules

Automating account actions, including quest completion, is not an officially supported use of a Discord account and can be considered a violation of Discord's Terms of Service. Discord may warn, restrict, or permanently disable accounts it detects doing this, entirely at its own discretion.

• You accept this risk yourself, for every account you connect. Disquest Helper cannot prevent or appeal any action Discord takes.
• We do not control, and are not responsible for, how Discord treats automated quest activity.
• If you are not comfortable with that risk, please don't use this service.

While a quest is running

We replace that account's Discord custom status with a short text ad for this site while the run is going, so other people can find it too. It is restored automatically the moment the run finishes, fails, or you cancel it — see the Privacy Policy for exactly how that works.

On a member account the ad is part of using the service for free and cannot be switched off. VIP accounts can turn it off per connected account, in Accounts. Admin accounts never carry it.

Roles and limits

Accounts have one of three roles: member, VIP, or admin. Role determines queue priority and how many Discord accounts you may connect — a member gets their own account only; VIP and admin can connect more. VIP also decides whether the status ad runs. We may change these limits, priorities, or available quest categories at any time.

Roles are granted by an admin. There is currently no way to buy VIP: nothing on this site takes payment, and no price has been set. If that changes, these terms will be updated before any charge is possible.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee that quests will complete successfully, that rewards will be granted, or that the service will be available at any given time.

Account removal

You can disconnect any individual connected account, or permanently delete your entire Disquest Helper account (login, every connected account, tokens, preferences, and run history), at any time from Dashboard → Accounts → Danger zone. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms or the Privacy Policy, you'll be asked to review and accept them again the next time you sign in before you can keep using the service.
