To get an answer faster
- Write from the email address on your Discord account, or include your Discord username.
- For a run that went wrong, say which account and roughly when — the History page shows both.
- Never send us your Discord token or password. We will never ask for them by email.
Privacy and data requests
You can delete your account and everything we hold about you yourself, in Settings. For a copy of your data or any other privacy request, email the same address with "Privacy" in the subject.
